The Executive Leadership Applied Research Centre is dedicated to delivering high-standard programs and support to applied research in leadership development, innovative training, and consulting.
Our mission is to develop leadership capacity for emerging leaders who aspire to take on the exciting challenge of leadership and supporting existing leaders through training, coaching, applied research, and inspiring the next generations of leadership.
We offer many programs and services to individuals and organizations to build the leadership skills needed to compete and champion innovation and development.
Our programs and services include a variety of disciplines, including Administration, Finance, Service Sector, Human Resources, Planning, and Business Development, and many leadership skills, including Communication Skills, Executive Presence, Strategic Thinking, and Motivation.
We also offer executive coaching and mentorship programs and on-demand training and workshops.
The center supports applied research projects conducted by Windsor graduate students who blend the real-world insights of executive leaders and theoretical foundations.
